VR Experts: What are some ways to make a living from VR other than a job or selling headsets?

An open question to VR Experts: What are some ways to make a living from VR other than a job or selling headsets? Is there any other ways to generate good revenue from a VR-based business?

VR arcade center might be an opportunity:
There could be solo games like Beat Saber (They already have a VR arcade solution).
Then there could be team games e.g. VR escape rooms. This is great for company events/evening with friends etc. (Swiss company which does this)

This VR YouTuber called Nathie sometimes posts videos of him testing out new crazy VR experiences in arcades like this broomstick Harry Potter game:

Specifically with augmented reality, one can hold a job in the future's AR market by submitting creations that range from something as simple as a vase design all the way to home accessories meant only for design and aesthetic. Today's innovators in the furniture, clothing, and material design (to name a few) look to benefit in an exponential way when there are no costs for materials, shipping, cumbersome returns and repairs of any sort due to the items sold being digital.

With other, more instant choices coming to mind being gaming, software, utility, and the likes - the industry is already prospering from this. Every company that has the slightest dip of their hand in these categories are guaranteed to be investing in virtual/augmented reality technologies, even if they are not openly showing any production. It would be an extreme step backward for any company to NOT be setting aside resources for this genre since it is obvious this is where technology, as a whole, is headed.
