As seen with niche businesses that were created with the Internet boom, such as SEO, hosting, servers, VPNs, etc., the future of AI as a new frontier seems to hold the same innovation and potential for entrepreneurs. However, while using the word "niche" lightly when mentioning the Internet, AI will be ten-fold more of a niche.

When looking at something as simple as home renovation, an architect could seek to lease AI technology that is specific for that area to reduce the amount of noise received from all of the gathered data from x-amount of years. Home designs in Antartica are going to be drastically different than those in say, Puerto Rico. With entrepreneurs starting businesses that gather data and run it through an AI designed for maximum efficiency and monetary value for all parties affiliated, these businesses will be limited to their region in the same way that today's plumbers, landscapers, or home renovators are. They do what they do best because they understand the intricacies of their specific region of work opportunity and that is why they are the ones getting phone calls and maintaining gross revenue.

Sure, there are many companies that are "global" and offer franchise or franchise-like opportunities for those keen to their practices, but ultimately we'll be seeing new business opportunities sprouting from local people seeking to do what they're talented at - gathering data and combing through it all with the help of their preferred AI systems - creating an end product that will satisfy their customers.
